Each pouch contains our blend of organic dried elderberries, herbs, flowers and spices, ready for you to turn into a fresh batch of elderberry syrup right in your own kitchen.
Just add water, simmer, strain and sweeten with your favorite honey. It's an easy way to make elderberry syrup at home and choose the honey that works best for your family.

Organic rosehips
Organic echinacea purpurea
Organic calendula
Organic cinnamon sticks
Organic cloves
Combine the dried mix with water and simmer according to the instructions included with your order. Once the mixture has cooled, strain it and add your honey.
One pouch makes approximately 16 to 20 oz. of fresh elderberry syrup.
Store your finished syrup in the refrigerator.
Children: 1 teaspoon daily
Adults: 1 tablespoon daily
Unlike our made-to-order syrup, the dried mix does not require refrigeration and can be shipped directly to you.
